Help identifying race driver.

I took this photo during what I think was the Thundersports race after the Grand Prix at Brands in '86. Can anyone help with the I.D. of the driver?

The Thundersports race a Birmingham that year had the #48 car (a Chevron B19?)driven by :-
Mike Catlow (I think his helmet design was black though)
Vivian Candy
Duncan Bain
I can't find my '86 GP programme to comfirm. Some of them did drive the #48 car in '85 as well.
