Value of Nait 5s

Interesting goings on recently.
A couple of months ago, Nait 5s were consistently selling for around the £500 mark.
I sold my own about 3 weeks ago for £460 on Ebay. Couldn't help but notice two more go recently for around the £400 area.
Has the 5i really depressed prices by £100 so quickly?
