dCS Debussy

I hope I am not being inappropriate here.
Just found out dCS has come out with its "budget" DAC with everything but the kitchen sink built in. And, most importantly with dCS' implementation of Async USB. The price is about $10K US - Which is not a small amount of $, but coming from dCS it is sort of entry level.
Now when I add up my Naim DAC, if I add an XPS or God forbid a 555PS, adding to the equation a decent USB-SPDIF adapter like the Weiss INT202, it'd be on par price wise with the dCS.
Any thoughts? The last time I heard a dCS setup with the Puccini and U-Clock I was quite taken by the purity of the sound.
