Scam Alert

Warnings are popping up all over various hifi & ham radio forums.
A guy called Peter Elias (p_elias87@yahoo.com) and maybe other names.
His scam is taking pics from eBay and contacting people looking for gear on forums via email. You pay him via PP and get nothing.
PP, police & others are on to him, I guess its a one trick & move on deal, so I guess he can reappear under another name
I have hacked around for a few minutes and it seems he is based in Spain, London, USA and a number of other places
Judging by the same script he uses he also uses a number of other names
