The original New Order - Blue Monday 12" sleeve.

Allegedly cost more to manufacture than the price it was sold at and I think worth a bit nowadays.

Over the years Cocteau Twins have consistantly used brilliant cover art IMHO!

Any number of ECM disc covers, but I am quite partial to this one from the naive Vivaldi series

the tubes. yes. i saw this band a few times in high school. to this day, a performance at the santa cruz civic in the mid eithties ranks among my top 5 rock shows ever. Feeeeee!

my niece thought it was creepy, but liked the music, my sister and her husband laughed because Amy and Laura had never seen a turntable or knew how they worked. she came back last summer for graduation present for museums and see the city. A couple times I was pooped and just pulled out vinyl. She thought it had a better sound than an iPod... oh dear.
