Thanks for posting this - fantastic trailer with fab tracks but can you imagine having a NY 8cd & 2dvd box set - I'll probably end up getting it but avoid playing much of it in the home 'cause when would you ever find the time to play that lot through?!!!

Excellent, thanks for that

Great, but when is it actually going to be released? He's been banging on about this for years. I'll believe it when I see it.

Just for the CSNY lovers. Here is a link for them playing doing a brilliant version of Down By The River.

Wonderful. Let's hope this time it's for real! I think NY is the single most interesting individual musician to emerge from the 60s.

Maybe I'm a bit perverse but I'm very unlikely to buy a single package of 8cds and 2 dvds. I'd almost certainly buy it all though as a few double or triple cds released over a year or so.

I have a feeling that there maybe a little bit of a cheat with the archive. It may actually include the Massey and Fillmore shows.

According to this month's Uncut, the Massey show is set to be included in the box set. Don't know about the Fillmore show though. Hope not, as I've already bought it (it's bloody brilliant).

It was a pity that the Fillmore show only contained half of the songs played. The acoustic set was missing and a blistering version of Cinamon Girl. Nevermind you can't have everything.

Neil Young – Live at Massey Hall (available with or without accompanying dvd) is on sale as of today at my local cd store - saw it on their marquee this morning, and have just called to confirm.

According to latest info on Uncut site, both Fillmore and Massey Hall are in the Archive Box Set

Wish I'd known that before I bought Fillmore.
Bit of a rip off

I bet all 8 discs in the archive are released or at least 7 then low and behold the 8th will turn out to be a un-released trax disc just to try and con us into buying the boxset. Of course there will be the obligatory 200 zillion page colour booklet etc. etc. etc.
