Newbie - link Plug and nac-72

Please help, I am confused.

Does nac-72 need the link plug to function if it is powered by a nap-180?

Yes,

It needs the link plug to use with just the 180. The link plug basically ties the two power rails together. If you don't have one, call Nana and order one.

If you can't wait that long, you can use the following method. Take a short length of wire and isert each end into the two holes marked "+ve" on your five pin socket. This will tie the two power rails together (which is what the link plug does). BUT, you should only do this if you are totally confident that you are connected the correc two holes together. If you accidently connect the wrong to holes together, you will #$#^$#%$# up your 72.

As I said, the two holes are marked "+ve". If you are not confident you wil get this right, just order the link plug.
