This came up on another forum recently.
Paper towels and tissues were warned against because of their abrasive nature in contact with the soft plastic screen surface.
There were suggestions to use ordinary vinegar in dilution as a cleaning agent on a barely moist cloth. I have no idea why this should work or who discovered it might.
I haven't dared to clean my own screen yet despite the crud beginning to become obvious behind the text of this message. My wife has been warned not to touch it too.
