I got this as a present about a year or so ago. It's the 33 rpm version and has never played well, so I think I just got a duff copy. I really like the CD though and I'd like to repurchase.

Questions is: does anybody have any thoughts about whether the 33rpm or 45rpm version is the better? They are both about the same price (£15 or so), so that's not an issue.

I personally prefer 33 as less turning over and interrupting the flow.

Thanks. I know what you mean I have Elbow's Seldom Seen Kid on 45 which sounds marvelous but you only get a couple of tracks per side....
