Who would you gag?

Out of the three odious types listed below who would you impose a permanent gagging order upon! (I nearly called this 'who gets the bullet' but given the current political climate I decided against it). The three are:
Robbie Williams: he was the most hated and reviled person in music when with 'take that' only to have a renaisance with his solo career. I'm afraid the joke has now worn gossimer thin and he is drowning under his own ironic stance. The Frank Sinatra 'tribute' has just done it for me; he is even copying his mannerisms.
Victoria Beckam: do I need to justify this one?
Jamie Oliver: just scrapes into the music category due to his cretinous attempts at a pop career. If I hear the phrase 'pucka tucker' ever again! I am sick of his cartoon mockney lifestyle etc etc. You Decide!

Actually I think they all OK really. OK, so they don't make the most groundbreaking music, but that's not the point. They are entertainers, noy up their bum musos.

Much rather watch Robbie being a prat than sit through some tedious noodly muso rubbish

Agree with Steve that the likes of Mrs. Beckham and Robbie are at worst harmless. Robbie, at his best, makes perfectly acceptable pop, not that I choose to buy, but which I don't object to listening to if it's on.

My icons of pure awfullness are generally wannabe soul singers who have no soul. As typified by Michael Bolton and Mariah Carey. All technique, no content. Lots of notes, but can't carry a song. Whereas with the likes of Victoria B. her output is pretty much a nothing to me, MB and the like are actually actively unpleasant to my ears and it causes me genuine discomfort to listen to some of it.

Why gag these people when you could put them on a rocket with the master tapes of their recorded output and fire them into the sun?

Ugh!

Pete.

Phil Collins has managed one semi-decent song but really is just so bland and annoying and MOR that I think he personifies the <blah> Michael Bolton category. So Phil, set the controls for the heart of the sun.

Yep, I would catagorise Phil Collins with Michael Bolton AND Kenny G. big grin
