Health Warnings

Hear, Hear.

I know exactly what it's like trying to teach these little fuckwits with a pod-phone permanently in one ear. These are the ones who come up to you with questions, two weeks after the hand-in date, like:

[whining pubescent voice]
"But what have I got to DO?"
[/whining pubescent voice]

(Clue: it's expressly stated [along with the submission date] in the brief that I gave you nine weeks ago, you knobcheese sandwich).

Usually, the same skinny, white, spotty prick who's wanking himself into a frenzy over his desire to be a "gangsta" and hang out with all the homies in 'South Central'.

Twats.

Perhaps you have to communicate with your students via a podcast so that they listen to your words of wisdom at a time of their choosing <g>

It may seem as if we're picking on Apple, but only because they're first into the breach,. Apple is simply pioneering this ugly trend of de-socializing music, and others are following suit.

Umm, didn't Sony "pioneer" this years ago, with the Walkman and the Discman?

Or you could try teaching?

Why do you allow ipods to be used in class anyway?
