I hadn't realised the Sea Lions were such a recent arrival. I first saw them in '96 and assumed they had always been lazing around Pier 39. Animals are certainly sensitive to sub-sonics so perhaps they do sense something... The worrying thing is I'm due to visit SFO in the next few months...!
