1) I do.
2) It's not that high (in truth, this photo's a bit out of date now) and in fact just the right height to not have to crawl around on all fours teeing-up (or cleaning) the DV17D2's microscopic needle.

Actually there may be an explosion from my kitchen when I try out PB's kindly provided recipe.
