SBL's Last Call

Posted by: JohnMak on 24 February 2003

Can anyone advise me how I shoudl get a response from Doug Graham re the earlier email regarding discounted SBL's?
I have sent four emails over the past 8 days asking about this deal and have not had any reply. I note on the thread today there are a couple of other enquiries regarding the same question - naimly - is this deal open to UK members only or can us overseas guys get in on it?

Any help on how to get a response will be appreciated befor the deal is over.

Cheers,

The non-response may be caused by the Bristol Show the past weekend. It looks like these guys were rather busy showing off their new equipment (and shoes).

The original offer seemed to say you'd have to get in touch with your local dealer. I know you want to buy directly, but have you tried your dealer first? SBLs are rather sensitive to set-up. Also, have you ever heard these speakers, or do you just want to get them no matter what?

If you have been reading the Forum you would have realised that we've all been busy with a show, hence the delay in responding to your email.

As we don't have a distributor in Vietnam it will be difficult for you to purchase a pair of SBL's as there are logistical as well as set up issues. If you'd like to email me we can try and work a solution. Oh, and we've only got black left.

Hi Doug,
Yes I've read the posts on the show. It must have been a great event.

Oh dear, it looks as though I will ahve missed out as I can't have black speakers in the house.

Was this offer available through dealers abroad as I know there is a Naim dealer in Thailand and one in Singapore. Perhaps they would have Walnut stock left

It is easy for me to go to either Thailand or Singapore.

It's doubtful that anyone (dealer/distributor) has SBL's in stock. The offer that was made wasa rock bottom price so if any dealer/dist has any SBL's in stock they would reflect a more expensive price as they would have bought them at our normal terms.
