Phono interconnect too short

I need some help finding a solution to my short interconnect problem. I have a Linn LP12 with Ittok LV-II arm, but the interconnect is not ong enough to reach the new placement of my Naim 72. I need about a 5 ft run at minimum and the supplied Linn interconnect is only 4 ft from the arm base. Any suggestions for where I can find a longer interconnect that is compatible with the Linn tonearm or a mean of creating an extension cable (what size wire, inductance, bnc fittings etc.) Thanks for your help.
