Cannot reconnect to new wirless internet network

I have been enjoying the NDX connected wirelessly to a QNAP NAS on my home network. I just upgraded my virgin media broadband (faster internet & super hub router). I can access this new internet / router on my laptop & iphone but when I enter the passcode into the NDX it says it can't login. The instruction guide indicates that if the network configuration has been altered (as in my case) you may have problems. I referred to the instruction manual & performed a restore of the factory settings but I still can't get it to connect wirelessly.

Can anybody help please?

Have you previously assigned an ip to the ndx?

Also the super hub, is a turd, but luckily can be set to modem only so you can attach a decent router and wireless access point
