Cold Chain Mission. Identify music - Vaughan Williams?

Hi All

In Cold Chain Mission with Ewan McGregor there is a piece of orchestral music used in each episode I have seen so far. It really sounds like Vaughan Williams, melancholy, string dominated.

I do recognise it, and as I have a fair bit of Vaughan Williams, it made me think it could be by him. My suspicion was the third, Pastoral Symphony, and unless I missed it skipping through, I can't find it in that.

As Williams was such an influence of film music there is always the possibility it is from a film score.

Has anyone seen the programme and recognised the music.

I might get my partner to record it on her phone, and I will post it, if necessary.

Any help would be appreciated, it is a lovely piece of music.
