Network question

Is it possible to have the server and the player connected to network wirelessly or is a network cable from the server to router a must?

It can all be wireless, but for music streaming to Naim (especially hi-res) then wired connections are preferred.

Although if you mean Server-Player and Server~Router [ - Wired; ~ Wireless] then that is fine.
