Mangled English (and possibly other oddities)

Thought I'd post these instructions from the back of the packet of a potato peeler found in our self-catering apartment in Malta ...pay special attention to the bit below the 2 horizontally spaced holes    (made in China, BTW)

Dr Stanley Unwin would have been clearer.

 

A work mat had a manual for his Nissan 1200 a passage that ticks in the mind, regarding changing front disc pads:-

 

.."whilst holding car in one hand remove the pads with the other".

Here's another little oddity.  I can only assume that when they went over to the Euro, they just converted the fine from £LM.

Unfortunately, I don't need these foreign examples to see/hear mangled English - I get plenty of it from the junior members of my office.  Almost every sentence coming out of their mouths is horribly wrong.
