UnitiServe upgrade to v1.6c - rip or play mode?

Hello all,

Has anyone performed this yet, if so can anyone tell if it matters whether you're in rip or play mode?

That'll be... yes I've done it and No it doesn't matter, the US recognises a software CD and won't try to rip it or play it !

Thanks, didn't think it mattered but wanted the re-assurance of someone who had performed the upgrade.
