I have nothing against Poland other than they knocked us out of the world cup in the early 70s on a BW tv.

I agree with Guido.

Statistically, England are brilliant, at least as far as goals for, against and 90 minute results go. Were it not for some rotten luck whereby England fall foul of the rules of the game then we would indeed be looking at claiming the Euro prize on Sunday. But hey, morally we won it, right?

Milner is my favourite player too. The last time I saw such ball skills was when my neighbours dog was licking his. Rooney too (in an England shirt at least) is as entertaining and as good as holding up play as a streaker at Wimbledon.

Yes we need to learn how to take penalties .... simples.

Wasn't me, always thought they were the best team in the tournament and thoroughly deserved to win it .... only two teams went through the tournament without losing a game and it was great to see one of those two win it in such outstanding style. In fact so good they had me singing "are you Ipswich in disguise"

BTW it will good in the world cup now they have announced the Duckworth Lewis method will replace the penalty shoot out.
