NDX streaming failure

I was listening to Ashkenazy's version of Rachmaninoff's Paganini Variations this afternoon, and about 3/4 of the way through (towards the end of the very well known bit), it just stopped. I expected it to restart after a very short pause, but it didn't. Played it again from the start, and completed without a fault.

Path : QNAP 219PII NAS (uncompressed FLAC), Asset Premium release 4 on Windows 7 laptop (outputting WAV), Netgear N600 router, NDX/555PS, nDAC.

Vladimir cut off?..... and in his prime..... that is just plain rude!!. That's made my mind up for me, another 128GB Lexar echo mx usb stick to be ordered tonight for use on the bedroom Qute. Although I see Maplins have some flat cat5e cable that I might just get passed the good lady if I squeeze it down the edge of the carpet and take it right round the dining room, that's the Uniti sorted as well.
