How come when i select the albums on my ipad, only the title of the album appears with a blank square, how if i select to play a track the artwork suddenly appears
where do u edit it 2roomsor1
I think you need to update the Cache in the nServe settings
If you want to edit a pic you need the latest version of nServe. The edit option appears when an album is selected. From there the onscreen instructions are very clear. However if you have the right image already you don't need to do this, it is when the software cannot find the right artwork when the album is first ripped.

I would think its the latest version of nServe as i only downloaded it 3 weeks or so ago.....as for the cache setting ..it just say clear image cache
If you do then then it will force the app to update its image cache from the server which should sort your problem.
Cheers

thanks phil i'll try that
Are these albums that have been ripped on the UnitiServe / HDX or are they albums from another source...
Phil
OK - so if the bug has already been logged I'll leave it with the software guys to sort...

My nServe goes through the same 'process' every time. If I update album art using the DTC, it takes a while to show up in the list of albums when sorted by album name, or artist. Using the "refresh cache" tool speeds that along. But even after that, when I select the individual album, the new art may still not show up right away. It can take a while longer for the art to make its way to that setting. But it always gets there . . . eventually
