Uniti, Ready NAS & WAV

The perennial I am sure but here goes.

I am using the above combination saving my music to the NAS in FLAC format with jlegs labelled as 'Cover' in the a

Ropriate folders. So far so good. I want to start saving as WAV but so far without much success. I use XLD to rip the CDs and save the results on the NAS in appropriately named folders etc. sadly the uniti doesn't seem to like this and I am reading that I may need to install something like Twonky onto the NAS. Any advice/experiences about this and how best to associate artwork with the files would be much appreciated.
