Playback/My Book

Anyone have any idea if you can put Playback onto a WD My Book Live?

Trying to give some advice to a neighbour after advising him to buy a Qute.

Would it work? Or not worth the effort? Don't think he'll be spending much more from this now.

And I don't know.
