Superuniti... 2/3 opticals not working

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a reason for this?? I can swap the cable between each one. 2/3 come up with no signal, whilst the 3rd works fine.

Dada dada dada... It's the muppet show... I Enabled the coax digital inputs and disabled the the last two opticals.
