Have aliens taken over the site?

I had an auto-redirect to that site when I opened the thread that discusses it. Are you inadvertently starting in that thread? Try coming in from the main Naim Site.

I know that some posters, myself included, can be classed as a bit 'unusual' ....
but I think you are being a touch harsh.

No, Nothing. I can navigate thought the site but whenever I strike recent activity(no pun intended!) it happens again.

Down, boy!
Dear Woy,
I saw elsewhere that you may be enjoying a Polish beer!
Likewise, and after a few, it does seem to me that some of the posts appear the work of men from outer-space!

Same here.

Let me know if you find out what's happening. Iphone and iPad are fine.

I don't know why, but the embedded iFrame in the ISS post triggers a redirect to the Vimeo page. This happens in the Recent Activity page because the ISS post -- and the offending iFrame -- is displayed. It will cure itself when this particular post is not recent anymore !
Don't know why it is not happening on iOS. Additional safety measures maybe.

Is it Hoopless or BT?

It certainly is a pain in the freaking posterior. I tried everything but the bugger won't leave me alone.
Please make it go away...

It is fine on Chrome here. I gave up on IE for the Forum!

My bet is it is Microsoft ... switch to Firefox, Safari or Silk
Nope, Firefox (or Safari) on Mac here. It's a Javascript call in the Vimeo iFrame. Doesn't show this behaviour if NoScript (a Firefox security and privacy extension) is used to block JS from the Vimeo domain.
No idea why it doesn't do it with Chrome George. No way I touch Chrome even with a barge pole so I won't test it !
I guess it's fine in iOS because the Hoop.la app doesn't support iFrames.
Better ask Richard to kindly replace the iFrame with the direct link to the Vimeo page.
Great video BTW. I'd like to go up there...

Problem cured. Divine intervention or just Richard's magic touch. Actually, they are both the same when it comes to things happening in the forums these days.

No intervention needed here, just like I said the post is simply not in the Recent Activity page anymore, pushed away by newer posts.
It still behaves badly in the thread itself.
The aliens have certinly infiltrated the 'Jokes' thread
