So, top of the league, 6 points clear of Man Utd...Brilliant!
Just back from the game. On tonights showing Chelsea aint going to win anything,in fact the ref bottled a fulham penalty right at the end. Chelsea had a lot of fancy passing but very little end product.
Song of the nite was,we saw Mark Hughes...at the Job Centre.

Yesterday we beat Chelsea (3 - 1!) for the first time in nine years. The last time we beat them by so large a margin was about 40 years ago.
We were dire in the first half - but Fat Sam's interval pep talk/roasting and inspired substitutions meant that we came out all guns blazing and completely bossed Chelsea. There were a lot of happy people down the pub yesterday afternoon and evening I can tell you.
Wonder if we will see manager Number 10 come 1st Jan 2013.
Should i ring the Russian chap to make him aware that Mark hughes is available and can start tomorrow !!

2 points from 9 - why is Rafa still in the job? Bin him.
Apparently Jose and Real have had another falling out...

Sorry Jamie, but nobody with an iota of class (eg Pep) is going to touch Chelsea with a bargepole as long as the owner insists on treating the club as his plaything, interfering with team selection, sacking managers etc. Chelsea are fast becoming a joke.
Anyway, from what I understand Jose is more interested in taking over from Fergie these days...
I'm not sure about why Pep is considered the messiah in all this. Barca, I think, were well on the road to being reasonably decent before he showed up!
I think Chelsea is just a very unhappy place to work right now, think how your working life and performance suffers if you don't get on with the manager and the decision makers...
It's not like it's a team of bad players either? Yes we miss JT at the back and Frank's midfield goals but there doesn't seem to be any decent orchestration from the sidelines. The other issue is of course that for most of the 90 minutes in a game, every game, we're playing with ten men as Fernando drifts in and out and apart from a very occasional half decent attempt at goal or a pass, his attempts at Keystone Cops style comedy trips over the ball are wearing a bit thin now. No one is laughing.
At the Hammers game, the crowd were chanting you're getting sacked in the morning to Rafa, I couldn't tell which set of supporters it was coming from though. He just doesn't fit at Chelsea. His style doesn't match the club or I think what Roman wants, so no-one really knows what he's doing there. I'd have been happier with Harry (but not Sam, sorry).
Some how I feel it is written that the second coming will happen and Jose will be back at the Bridge sometime. I think that's really what everyone wants. Or Gus or Glen, perhaps. Terry Venables we need you!
Interesting that AVB and Spurs are just behind us in the table too, bet he's set his phasers on stun.
It's about to get a bit worse too 'cos we're missing games over the next few weeks for the world club cup. Brilliant. So I think we'll be closer to Arsenal than Spurs soon!

That is very easy ... however, I just put the customers first and football teams should put the fans first ... I don't think rubbish management affects me too much I've grown used to it. I think Chelsea should get rid of that Roman bloke and see how they get on: why don't the placards say Roman out .... obviously without his money it would be a battle, but one definitely worth the effort.
I also can't understand the cry at Arsenal to get rid of the manager either.
Seems some teams think they should be winning things because of who they were ... all things must pass.
Still I'd worry not at Chelsea ... you're third and you won't be relegated and with Avram Grant about to return to work along side Rafa ... can't understand why Chelsea players and supporters are not ecstatic ...
Not strictly true.

Laugh...

Much like when he was at Liverpool. Every one there was clearly distressed to see the back of him...
Last night the Evening Standard devoted four pages to "London's Crisis Clubs": Chelsea, Arsenal, QPR and Fulham (no, didn't get that last one either).
As a follower of a club that has (had?) been in almost perpetual crisis these past 10-15 years, it was nice, for once, to be on the outside looking in.
Was a bit dubious about BFS at first but it looks like he's our best manager since the great John Lyall. There is a fantastic team spirit at the moment, Upton Park is once again becoming a fortress and we are not scared of anyone (especially at home). Looking forward to Liverpool on Sunday and Man U in the Cup in January.
Looks like Kate's baby will be born just in time to take over at Chelsea.

Yep, they will have been trough another six or seven managers by then.
Never mind managers, we've signed another Brazilian, who's another full back. So that's alright then.

Ah! The late great John Lyall.
Refering to your earlier post was that the last stuffing of Chelsea. '86 season 4-0? at the Bridge, T C scored a goal after a lovely flowing move down the left started by Phil Parkes?

I was wondering when the last time we beat them by that much was - 26 years is 40+ in WHU time
Right, apparently Pep is off to City. Jose is seemingly leaving Real in June and needs to choose between PSG and a return to Chelsea. Rafa then goes to Real apparently and Mancini steps in where Jose doesn't go. Ancelotti is going to Everton after the shock exit of Fergie brings a move for David Moyes to finallly get a club he deserves. Simples.
6-1......What a top manager Chelsea must have !!!
Me thinks the little fat Spanish waiter has a job for life........Translated to Russian speak life = about a fortnite..
