iPhone app login issue

Started app yesterday and got a strange login screen which does say "Connection error" but also invites me to sign in or register. Neither option is actually available. Have had to post this on iPhone on Safari.
Any clues?

Same problem here. I thought that it would be caused by the fact that I have a very old iOS (4.2.1) but that seems not to be the case. Hopefully this can be fixed soon (update pending?) since the app for me is the most convenient way to access to the forums when there is some spare time to kill when not at home.
I am just using the the normal web site to access the forum and it works well for me. I am constantly logged in and the page is always open...and typing is pretty good.
But I have not tried the app, so now I know what Mike was talking about a week ago regarding the paragraph problem. Using the web page gives you all the functions and the paragraphs come at ease.
But I will try out the app, maybe I will prefer it.

I've never been able to log into the app on my iphone/ipad. Tried with my login details (that get me here) and through Farcebook - never works, never has.
But I just use the website version as Jason.
IPhone app worked for me until last night's downtime for 'improvements'. Now I can't login to it. Can't say I'm surprised ![]()

I contacted Hoop La about this. Response as follows;
This is an issue we discovered earlier tonight, as well. There was a small DNS configuration related to the migration that caused the problem.
I've just applied a tweak to the DNS. The issue should be solved in a matter of minutes for all of your users (should be under 5 minutes).
Let me know if you start to see improvements now?

p.s. Note that users may have to quit the app via the recent apps list. Double-click the home button to show recent apps. Then, tap to hold on the Naim app icon until the minus sign appears. Tap the minus sign to quit the app.
Once that is done, restarting the app should correct the Connection Error problem.
Connection error seems to be solved now but I still can not login. The app says "Login Failed - Email/Password did not match". I retyped the requested info several times so I doubt I had it wrong (but of course it is possible). Has anyone else had any chance to try?
Edit: Maybe I tried too soon since now it seems to work.

Any idea why mine doesn't work at all (nor has it ever)? Same e-mail address and password as here, works online.
I just get "Login Failed. Email/Password did not match"
