Firmware update goes wrong

Hi there, Been enjoying my superuniti and ovator s400`s for a few months now, and after feeling everything was breaking in nicely, decided to upgrade to firmware version 3.16 as I wanted to add playlist functionality. I now have Fault 36 error 22 DSP the 24MHZ displayed on the unit, front panel and remote are rendered useless, and the only way the unit can be operated is via n-stream . I followed the instructions to the letter, so I am not a happy bunny to say the least, also did a search and it seems I`m not the only one this has happened to. Anyway after trying  forum members suggested fixes with no success I have e-mailed Naim support, and will post any replies.
