NDS Burndy

Can someone please definitively say whether the CD 555 analogue and digital burndy cables will work on the NDS. The Socket # 1 of the NDS has the same socket map as the as the burndy to power the nDac from the 555 PS and to the socket 1 of the 555 CD Player.

Any trade member input is welcomed

So I am using the analogue burndy from my CD555 to make the analogue connection to one 555PS and an XPS2 burndy to make the digital connection to a second 555PS. I did not use the digital burndy from the CD555. I had not realized the CD555 and XPS2 burndies were the same. The digital burndy from the CD555 has the mesh coating. The XPS2 burndy has a "plastic" coating. So the question I now have to ask is.... Is there a SQ difference between the two. I have to go try!

Hi Nicolo, I have done some reasonably extensive listening tests of the NDS connected to my single 555PS. I used both the the XPS2 (smooth plastic) and the recent 555PS design ( braided plastic surround) on the 'analogue' burndy and I detected no sound difference at all.
