Synology Media Server and transcoding

I noticed that the Media Server on my Synology NAS has the ability to downsample.  Does anyone know if it has the ability to transcode to certain zones in the house and not others?

Currently, I've used DBPowerAmp to create 16-bit 48k FLAC files of albums that the Sonos zones I have are able to play.  It would be good, however, if the Synology could do it to my Sonos zones, but obviously not to my UnitiQute as it will play 24-bit 192KHz audio.
