Superuniti or Majik DSM?

Hi! I'm going to purchase streamer to drive my Sonus Faber Cremona M in new living room. Auditioned SU and was happy with its sound for my taste (jazz, some classics, female vocals). Friend of mine suggested to consider Linn Majik DSM... Listened to it at local dealer with linn isobaric speakers and was not impressed, but looks like speakers were the reason.... No chace to listen to MDSM with SF Cremona combo locally, I'm looking for others experience of it. Hdmi inputs, AirPlay at MDSM looks useful, shall I give Linn a try or hit the deal with SU and forget any temptations. Thanks in advance

ive had a majik dsm previously and compared to my unitiqute its not even close, the majik in comparison is flat and not very open.

stick with the naim, i certainly wont be going back.

I heard SF Cremona Ms with Linn, SU and SN at the dealer.

With Linn, they sounded totally flat and boring.

The SU made a night and day difference.

The SN, to my ears, was another step up from the SU combination.

maybe but it's GBP 2K more than an SU without power amp

No point talking about what he could have instead of the Superunit. The OP only posted to say how happy he was, and you lot are telling him he'd be better off with something else!
