Vinyl vs CD? - Sub Pop and other Indie Labels

Does anyone have experience with new LPs from Sub Pop? Matador? Other Indie labels?

I've tried to ask a few labels how they press their LPs and if they are using the same digital files as the CDs. Assume in most cases they are, but if there are notable exceptions, would be nice to know about.  Thanks
