I have a supernait+HICAP and a NDX.
i have some problem in finding the best upnp sw to use on my mac.
now I am using e-lyrics but I have a lot of problems because a lot of times it does not work, I have all my music in flac format but quiet often when I try to select something the NDX simply it does not play it! I have to rebuild the library to make it work again...
can someone indicate to me a better upnp software to use with my mac with wich I can also label correctly my files?
ciao

Asset for Mac (beta) is promising, but I'm still running Asset (for Windows) with CrossOver. It's fast, transcodes ALAC to WAV on the fly and provides correct metadata & cover art.

I use Servio. It took alot of effort to find something that worked well with Mac... have tried many others and dropped them for various reasons. Just this weekend I also tried Asset... but found it beyond awful.
Servio works, is free, and doesn't seem to hog system resources. Best I've found so far for use with my SuperUniti.

Lorenzo, Playback works very well. I had no issues with it when still owning an ND5XS. Long term though Asset for OSX is likely to be your best option. The Windows version is considered by many to be the best UPnP server out there - other than Naim's own that is.
Good luck
