Reason for asking is i have just got back from taking SHMBO out for Sunday lunch.
Went to a place in South Godstone which is a pub with half of it turned into an Indian Restaurant.
Arrived at 1.45pm and found about 6 punters in the pub section watching Everton v Chelsea on SPANISH tv (dodgy me thinks). On Sundays they do a starter,main course + all the bits and bobs for £10.00. The food is fine,no problems,but when we went into the Restaurant part to eat is was EMPTY. We had the entire place to ourselves for 90 minutes. These people were doing everything right but just no punters !!!

Is that godstone in Surrey ? If so is godstone farm still there. Used to love going there as a child. What's the place called I may go there if your saying the foods good.

Sure is,we took the grandaughter their a few years back.
Pub is easy to find its on the A22 smack across the road from godstone station
