What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.IX)

With 2013 upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

Interesting Haim.  I'd never heard of the xrcd format - had to wikipedia it.  Expensive, but I'm going to keep my eye for one s/h.  Thanks!

It's been a while I listened to this album. Now with the Kleos but it seems it's still missing the funky midbass.

Haim,

Why not a record?

Extra smokey!

Would be interesting to A/B the xrcd vs vinyl

Posted on: 08 April 2013 by kuma

I have both and vinyl rulz.

Posted on: 08 April 2013 by joerand

I have fun A/B'ing well done CDs vs good vinyl.  CDs may win at times in the short-term, but for long-term listening you're right Kuma, vinyl rulz!

"vinyl rulz"? Wrong forum, Dude! ;-)
