What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.IX)

With 2013 upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

Way too underestimated Springsteen album. I think this touches the difficult relationship between man and woman such a delicate and beautiful way rarely seen.

Love this album. Gotta vinyl version from back in the day.

" Ornaments of gold"  highlight.

David,  apart from Peek-A-Boo(just love the  drum recording/overdubbing), it's "The last beat of my heart" that moves me. Yeah, I know... Deep inside, I'm a softie!

Here's another guy that doesn't seem to get much love on the forum - but all my musician friends who have seen him say he really puts on an great show, & I think this is an excellent album:

(Wish I could afford one of his Olson guitars, but I don't happen to have an extra $15-20K laying around at the moment...)
