What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.IX)

With 2013 upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

Graham,

I have posted if before.  I heard it by chance on 3WK(amercian net  radio) yesterday and decided it was time for a spin. Great album indeed.

Billions-billions-billions overtones with colourful case-resonances.

Extra strong - almost strange - reality-feeling.

Simply wonderful.

I thought I was going mad so I had to find it: it's been a good six months.

This is not a typical Haruomi Hosono album, its not electronic music for which HH is normally associated with. For that you probably need to listen to 'Mental Sports Mixes' which is a really good album. This is more ' pop music' and the cover is v cool. Down side the CD is expensive.

Supernature [US Version)

Neighbour's will be pleased when this finishes. Great synth bass lines demand that little extra volume.
