What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.IX)

With 2013 upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

Hi Tony, I'm very well, thanks.

Not for the first time, I've been way too busy with real life (in a good way!) for looking in here, that's all. Other than a couple of loosely work-related jaunts to the mainland with the fox (Barcelona and Paris), nothing too exciting to report.

Hope all's good with you,

Chirps

Hi, Chirps,

All is good around here...

Forum dynamics always changing as you might have realised but the

"Status Quo" remains.

Good to know you're well.

Stay cool!

Chopin was Rubeinstin's bread'n'butter. Surprisingly, however, these Polonaise and Mazurkas aren't doing it for me. His Grande Polonaise Brillante sounding like little sparkling trinkets.
