Twonky issues on Uniti

I don't turn off my Uniti very often but if I leave it off overnight or if I am away it losses its twonky conection.

It says "No Shared Content"

I use a Mybooklive hard wired to the Uniti, and the only way to get it back is to rebuild the Twonky in the internal settings, which takes 35 mins give or take!

any ideas why this is happening and anything I can do to stop it?

There's no reason to switch off the uniti. I leave my unitiqute on all the time, which I assume is similar to your uniti and it works pretty well with twonky on my readynas.
