The new Eels is album is really great recording. Apparently recorded at his new studio, The Compound. Who needs High Def.... recommended.

I guess CD - after all it had to come from somewhere ( unless there is a 24bit download)

Just checked Eels site. He records his own stuff but downloads only available as mp3. Wonder why highdef isn't an option. I might write to Mr E to find out :-)

The music is very very good as well.

Make sure to get the deluxe edition. The second CD has some interesting stuff.
