Has anybody any idea how long it is before reissued vinyl is deleted?

It varies ... I bought some audio fidelity Kate Bush records and a few weeks later that was that ... Others seem to be around for quite a while. I was too slow when Electrosonic by Delia Derbyshire was reissued, i did get it on CD, but would have liked it on the green stuff. Doolittle by The Pixies is still available after 8 years.

That completely depends on how limited the reissue is in terms of copies and the popularity of the title.
The Music Matters Blue Note 45 RPM reissues are all limited to 2500 copies. They have done 96 titles, and all but about 8-10 are still available. OTOH, many of the BIll Evans that were done by Analog Productions are out of print and fetch high prices on the used market.
