Sometimes when you download a hires audio file and its cover-art in a music share, the cover art does not show in the IPAD Naim app, even after using the desk top client to load it. How do you fix this?

What are you using to play the files? A Naim streamer/player (ND5XS, NDX, or NDS)? And what are you serving them from (a UnitiServe? nas running a UPnP server?). If so, make sure that the cover art file is named "folder.jpg" and is in the same folder as the music. That always works for me.
Nope, this works most of the time but not always. I am using a UnitServe SSD, the one without the harddrive.
Be sure to clear the cache, or uninstall and reinstall the iPad app, after fixing the files. And do a re-scan with the UnitiServe. It WILL always work, but after changes you have to do a re-scan and possibly force a cache clear on the iPad (or iPhone or OS X app).
I wonder if things are alright here. I used the desktop Client to delete the cover art db and then I did a db Rebuild. The UnitServe has been rebuilding for almost 12 hours. I have about 1300 cds.
Don't panic, I have 3500 files nd my DB rebuild usually takes around 1.5 - 2 days.
It may take another 12 hours, possibly more. The world record here is a week for three shares containing about 1000 albums. I think this was too long and something must have happened but it all came out perfectly when finished.
HOLY COW!!! It's still going! This thing must be playing every file.
This is too much. Does somebody know the support number in Texas?

Texas is the home of the US distributor, The Sound Organization. You can find them online
I've never done a database rebuild on my uServe (fortunately, I guess!).
Well. It looks like my UnitServe's internet contact needed re-establishing. The US distributor figured this out. Patience is a virtue but I might have waited a long time for that front light to stop blinking.
