new technology but great old fashioned service

I've recently been to the Ripcaster showroom and found them so very helpful - informed and a great place to do busniess with.

Often we shop these days with website based companies and feel its not quite the full experience. and we sit googling for the best price and a box arrives.

In this case i felt totally looked after and the whole experinece was great!

Of course someone may say this is outside forum rules but then there are often references to Cymbiosis and others !

I don't have a problem with this personally. Us human beings tend to be slow to praise and quick to complain. I think other Naim users need to know who the good dealers are but without it getting out of hand like the recent "Mystery shopper" thread that had to be removed.

If a dealer is good or bad I'm very happy to hear about it. Hopefully could make the bad ones improve.

it is great to hear there are companies that still care.

I am glad you had the attention and care every customer should and praise them indeed. It's not all doom and gloom. There are still some very good people out there and I will not let my personal experience detract from that fact.
