Does Windows 8 work together with the Naim products?

Operating systems do not 'work together' with audio devices.

Sorry, I am a beginner and I have some issues connecting the DTC on my Windows Vista machine to the SU and US. So I wondered if Windows 8 would work with the DTC. The DTC will not connect to the US and I can not find out why.

I have been suggested that it is a firewall issue causing the problem to connect. So I was thinking of trying with another PC so I thought I would Up-grade to a Windows 8 operating system

Windows 8 is unlikely to help your problem unless the new install fortuitously changes the settings that are giving you problems. DTC works fine with Vista if it is configured properly. Try adjusting the firewall settings on your Vista machine.

Problem solved through My daughters boyfriend... It was a firewall issue after all. Thanks Dwamish
