n stream - cache

In n-stream settings there is the option to clear UPnP cache and clear image cache. Can anyone tell me what this does and when should I use these settings?

Say you have updated some tags or changed the cover art for some reason, then this function will clear the cache of the obsolete information and give way to the updates.

Use it when you've updated tag or cover art on your server, and cannot figure out why nStream still shows the old data / cover art
