Displaying Album Artwork on n-stream from USB

Posted by: AlexWard on 05 March 2013

Hi all,

Just got my 555PS and HiCap back from Naim following their DR upgrades.

Dealer has also lent me 552 and 500 for the week. It's a big WOW experience if like me, you've never really listened to that type of system before.

My question is this - I have a few albums from HDTracks playing off USB stick.

Something I've always been meaning to ask is - what is the correct way to display the album artwork correctly when playing back FLAC off USB input?

I have all of the tracks in the correct order and also the album art listed as 'folder.jpg' in the same folder. I suspect that this is obviously wrong.

Can anyone assist?

No, you've done it correctly. It could be that your artwork is too big. If you reduce the image size it might appear. I'm assuming each album is in its own sub folder in a parent folder by the artist's name, even if you only have one album by a particular artist on the stick. And each track should be tagged to its album's artwork.
