I want to install the update

NaimUniti

Version 3.17

every time I get the error 720. Your not able to install this software.

Anyhow I can run the Naim Streamer Updater 3.17.003.

When I follow the instructions how to connect the Naimuniti to my computer, then put off and on the product and so on...

The installation is not a success.

Does anyone know what's going wrong?

Have you disengaged your computer's firewall?

Yes the firewall is disabled. I can ping the Naimuniti, but the update does not work.

At what stage and in what way does it fail? It's a multi stage process.
