"Late Night Tales" series

Hi.

I came across this series of CDs in which musicians pick a selection of tracks for listening. I hadn't heard of them before and they sound really interesting. What I couldn't figure out was whether each track was by the original artist or was a version made by the band or person doing the choosing.

Can someone enlighten me please?

Hi Willie,

I have the Late Night Tales Presents Music For Pleasure CD in my collection. The tracks are by the original artists and I believe all the series follow this format.
